What happens if the store loses its Internet connection?
The gate keeps validating receipts and opening with the last valid configuration. Events are stored on the controller and sent to the platform when the connection comes back.
Can a receipt be used twice?
No. Each receipt is marked as used when you go through, even across several gates in the same store.
How is the gate software updated?
Through secure remote (OTA) updates. If an update fails, the controller automatically goes back to the previous version.
Does it work for several stores or chains?
Yes. The platform organises companies, stores and devices, and each chain is handled through configuration, with no custom versions.
Does it work with gates from other manufacturers?
The controller is designed to work with gates from different manufacturers. We validate this on every installation.
